This special 8 days and 7 night package
includes a jeep for the duration of your
stay which we can arrange to meet you up at
the airport or ferry dock. A welcome bottle
of Rum and a one day cruise either to Norman
Island with four great snorkeling stops or
to Anegada for relaxing, snorkeling and
famous lobster. It also includes 7%
Government tax & 10% service charge.
Honeymoon Package: April
15th – Dec 18th $2405.00 (2 persons)
(you do not really have to be on Honeymoon)
This 8 day/7 night package includes a jeep
for the duration of your stay. Awaiting you
will be a chilled bottle of champagne. Then,
for one special night, a chef will come to
Island Spice Villa to cook a
meal to remember – just for the two of you!
Finally, an ultimate delight, a professional
massage (30 minutes each). Includes 7%
Government tax and 10% service charge. |

Reservations |
Arrival:
We can arrange for a jeep rental or pick up
for your either at the Ferry Dock or Virgin
Gorda Airport. To do this we need to know
your flight schedule and arrival time so
please let us know your travel plans ahead
of time. You will need to check in at
Nail Bay office and they will escort you to
Island Spice Villa.
Check in time: 2.30pm Check out time:
11.00am
Children: There is no charge for
infants and children under three years of
age. A crib is available at no extra cost.
Currency: Even though we are a
British Territory the currency is the US
Dollar.
Deposit Policy: All reservations
require a deposit representing a payment for
3 nights unless you are staying for less
time in which case the full payment is
required. This deposit can be charged to
your credit card at the time of reservation
or can be paid by check. Upon receipt of
your deposit your reservation will be
confirmed in writing. The balance will be
due in full at least 30 days prior to the
date of occupancy.Cancellation Policy: In
the event of cancellation, written notice
must be received at least 40 days prior to
the date of arrival. A $50.00 processing fee
may be charged. Deposits for the Holiday
Season will not be refunded on cancellations
received on or after October 1st. If a
written notice of cancellation is received
39 days or less prior to the anticipated
arrival date, we regret that there will be
no refund. Sorry there will be no refunds
for late arrival or premature departures.
Payment method: American Express,
Discover, Mastercard, Visa and Travelers
checks are welcome. Personal and business
checks are accepted if received no less than
30 days prior to arrival.
Proof of Citizenship: A passport or
birth certificate and photo ID are required
to enter the British Virgin Islands.
Service Charges: Except for the
Special Packages, rates quoted are based on
European plan. A 7% BVI Government
Accommodation Tax and 10% service charge
will be added to your bill. Maid Service six
days a week is included in the rates. There
is a surcharge of $15.00 per night for an
extra person.
